What is Vaping?

Vaping is the act of using an electronic device (electronic cigarette, vape pen, e-cig) to inhale a heated liquid.

The device is made up of a few simple components; a battery, a tank, a coil (wick), and a mouth piece.

The liquid is a mixture of 3 main ingredients; nicotine, vegetable glycerin, and propylene glycol.  Flavoring components are then added. It is often referred to as e-liquid, e-juice, juice, or liquid.

The tank is filled with the liquid, then heated through the coil using power from the battery.

This process produces the vapor that the user inhales through the mouthpiece.

While there are many different product designs, they all function similarly.
